Gatwick is around 40 minutes by car.
Heathrow is around 50 minutes by car.

There are fifty complimentary spaces at the hotel on a first come first serve basis.
Do you provide for disabled parking?
Disabled parking is located in the rear in the hotel.

The hotel has 72 ensuite bedrooms including standard, executive and deluxe.

What time is check in/check out?
Guests are welcome to check-in from 2:00pm, earlier arrivals can be arranged, but are subject to availability.
We ask that guests check-out before 11:00am. Late check-outs can be arranged at additional cost and are also subject to availability.

Can I make any special arrangements for my room?
We are happy to make any special arrangements during your stay. Please contact reception with your requirements.
Are pets allowed within the hotel?
We do not allow pets to stay in the hotel unless required for guidance purposes.
Can children stay for free?
Children under the age of 10 can stay for free, but the hotel asks that they be supervised at all times.
Are there special room rates for group bookings?

Does the hotel offer Internet access?
There is complimentary internet access throughout the hotel including Wi-Fi.

Booking & Cancellation policy
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, you will need the aforementioned confirmation reference number. Cancellations (for bookings made on this site) can be made online and will be confirmed with a cancellation reference number. All cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation terms indicated on the reservation. You can cancel without charge 48 hours prior to the scheduled day of your arrival at the hotel. In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so.
However, you have the right to:
accept the changed arrangements as notified; or
cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to us in respect of your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation).
We shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation.
What cards are accepted within the hotel?
We can accept all major credits cards. such as Visa, MasterCard, Amex, maestro, switch and solo.
Can I modify a reservation online?
You are unable to modify an existing reservation online. Any modifications need to be directly dealt with by contacting reception.
Will my credit card be charged if I forget to cancel my hotel room reservation?
To avoid being charged, reservations must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy which can be found in our Terms & Conditions
Where do I find the hotels policy agreement?

How will I receive confirmation of my reservation?
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours provided the correct details are given.
If I change an online reservation will I get the same rate?
We cannot guarantee the rate will be the same if the arrival dates are changed.
