Food and Beverage Supervisor

As Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Mandolay Hotel you will be trusted to make sure things are right. You will be responsible for delivering high standards of guest service and ensuring all guest concerns are resolved positively.

 Supervising a team of Food and Beverage Assistants
 Following all cash handling/opening/closing procedures
 Ensuring all team members are trained
 Carrying out induction for new team members
 Delivering guest service
 Resolving guest issues
