The Food and Beverage Supervisor role:
Your area will need to be run effectively at all times ensuring attention to detail and exceptional customer service with subtle selling technique.
All staff within the team will need to be kept up to date with the functions/business of the day, menus, and have comprehensive product knowledge to department standards – this will be your responsibility, as will driving and motivating the members of your team.
The Food and Beverage Supervisor role involves working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, and will be contracted to 45 hours per week.
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will:
- Need a good command of English.
- Have experience in a similar customer service role with supervisory skills.
- Need to have excellent attention to detail and be ‘standards’ driven. You will be extremely well presented.
You must be aware that the hours will involve shift work, weekends and bank holidays.
