We have worked hard to build our reputation by  using locally sourced  and responsibly farmed food. Our menu is driven by the seasons, we appreciate the difference between creativity and fussiness, keeping to the simple but strict rule of always allowing the food to be the star…

From A la Carte Private Dining or intimate booth service, table d’hote banquette style or a table in the bar, the choice is always yours and whatever you choose we guarantee the quality expected of a modern 4 Star Hotel noted for its fine food and excellent service.

Our wine list is widely acclaimed as ‘exceptional’ and we are delighted to offer more than 70 wines, sparkling wines and Champagnes all served to perfection. Our own storage capability also allows us to offer over 30 wines and Champagnes by the glass…a facility unique to the area

We are of course always on hand to offer menu advice and it goes without saying that all dietary requirements can be accommodated with a little notice.
